Second half of class join Rachel for All out Dance! With a high-energy dance routine designed to empower you to love the body you are in. Each themed class incorporates different styles of dance and is appropriate for all levels. So clear the floor, let your hair down, and dance ALL OUT like no one’s watching!

Join this 30min Seated Hiit and Stretch workout where we use all the foundations of a Hiit class from your seat. This is designed in an accessible way to take class, and still feel your strength and feel empowered. Train your core, add in some cardio and end with a deep stretch.
