Believe2achieve Fitness offers a variety of different ways to personal train with me Rachel Lauria. As a plus size trainer and someone who has been on both ends of the industry after loosing and then gaining weight, I understand the challenges, and mental side of PT and fitness. My way of training takes out the stress of dieting and loosing weight and focuses on goals both body and mind. We offer online coaching as well as one on one in person coaching in New York City. All packages and rates vary so learn more below! I am very passionate about people meeting there goals no matter where they are beginning in their fitness journey. Throughout my years of training I have found how to truly find love for my body where it is and use exercise and movement to maximize my goals. I want everyone to feel comfortable and excited to make a healthy change that is right for them. As your trainer I want to help you succeed in learning to love the person you are today and achieving every goal you make for yourself.
