Bootcamp Beats is an energetic HIIT Bootcamp workout all to the beat of the music.
We use the beat of the music to drive the workout and keep you engaged as well as creating a mind body connection while mastering the movement. Bootcamp Beats incorporates bootcamp style training using weights,sliders, slam balls and more.
With Bootcamp Beats we focus on targeting different muscle groups in each song and continue to build on combination movements as we move through the song. Each song will target a different muscle group, but continue to use full body movements and different equipment. We also use metabolic training to really boost your afterburn during the class. Staying with the same routine of songs and exercises over a period of weeks helps build muscle memory and also will boost your confidence.

Bootcamp Beats is so excited to go on tour with SCW Fitness Mania this year. In 2018 Rachel Lauria (creator/founder of B2A Fitness and Weigh2Dance) was chosen as the SCW Atlanta Fitness Idol and was offered a position as a National Presenter for her classes along with her teachings on Body Positive Fitness.
