Rachel Lauria born and raised in Georgia is the Founder of Believe to Achieve Fitness and the creator and choreographer of the Brand New Fitness workout “Weigh2Dance.” She started her professional fitness Career in NYC teaching in numerous box gyms and boutique studios such as NYSC, NYHRC, 24H Fitness, and Steps on Broadway. She is an AFAA Certified Instructor, Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutritionist, as well as a trained dancer/choreographer for 15 years. She holds over 6 fitness certifications and specializes in Dance fitness and HIIT. She worked closely with Beachbody and Shaun T( creator of Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, Max 30, and Cize) while the Cize workout was in creation, appearing in fitness videos and trainings with Shaun T, all while continuing her own fitness journey. She was featured for her weight loss in the 2016 Beachbody Infomercial after losing 100 pounds with the Cize Program and told her story to the world. Rachel still has her ups and downs with her weight and has her whole life and wants to change the way society feels about being FIT. Fit and healthy comes in all forms and with her Body Positive Fitness program she hopes to achieve that. Continuing to teach throughout NYC and Georgia Rachel began to develop her own workout class that incorporated her love for dance fitness and Strength training/HIIT and of course music. In 2018 Rachel was named the SCW Mania Fitness Idol for her own fitness format “Weigh2dance” that now acts as her companies signature workout. Rachel currently tours cities around the country as a national presenter with SCW Fitness Education and hopes to continue to educate and inspire others.
Rachel feels truly fortunate to have learned from such amazing mentors and professionals along this journey and is so excited to finally bring Believe2Achieve Fitness to life. She looks forward to following her dream of opening B2A Fitness as a live studio, where members of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels can come feel comfortable and confident while enjoying Group Fitness Classes of all forms, personal training, nutrition coaching, cooking classes, meal prep, and so much more. Rachel has channeled her love for dance and fitness to help others find their inner strength and passion. The strength to achieve their goals that they never knew was in them, and inspire them to love themselves enough to live a healthy lifestyle.
